University Park Village in Fort Worth, Texas, was orignally developed by Madison Marquette in the mid-1990s, and was one of the first lifestyle centers in the country. In 2002, UCR Urban's Michael Nagy and Bob Nagy successfully took over the retail leasing.
Since then, UCR Urban has helped to rework the tenant mix to include Apple, Sunglass Hut, Banana Republic Men, Coldwater Creek, Ruby Boutique, Liz Claiborne Shoes, Lemongrass Aveda Salon, Talbots Woman, Soma by Chico's, Origins and relocated and/or expanded Williams-Sonoma, Chico's and Pottery Barn.
The property continues to be successfully managed by UCR Asset Services. Sales today continue to climb, and are reported to be in excess of $450 psf.
