Southlake Town Square
Southlake, Texas
Shaping the Town Center of the Future.
It began with a truly unique proposal. Cooper & Stebbins envisioned an “open air town center” nestled on 130 untouched areas in Southlake, Texas, midway between Dallas and Fort Worth. Architects, consultants and leasing specialists, all carefully selected by Cooper & Stebbins have helped make Southlake Town Square much more than a commercial realty. It is in fact a totally vibrant updated town square that harkens back to life more than a half century ago, complete with the City Hall and gazebo as the centerpiece. The Town Square phase opened in March of 1999.
Today, it is a resounding success with more than 235,000 sf of retail/restaurant, 203,400 sf of office. The retailers are enjoying sales of more than $500 per square foot. UCR Urban has proudly been involved in every retail lease since the project's inception.
In 2003, the Urban Land Institute named Southlake Town Square as one of eight Exemplary Projects in the nation.
UCR Urban has proudly been involved in every retail lease since the project's inception.
