In 2004, UCR Urban's Michael Nagy was brought in by Trademark Property Company to help target the national specialty tenants for Market Street in The Woodlands, Texas.
An existing, successful mall across the street was expanding with its own outdoor concept, and yet Michael was able to secure deals with Z Gallerie, Smith & Hawken, Sharper Image, Eddie Bauer, Sunglass Hut, Francesca's Collections, and a very rare Tommy Bahama Compound that was pivotal to the leasing effort and ultimately solidified the project.
Today, Market Street - The Woodlands is a living example of convergence and place premium. The activity and energy orchestrated by Terry Montesi, developer, and his company, Trademark Property Company, has set a standard for attention to the smallest details and in doing so, has created a highly successful shopping experience.
