Susan Holland

Property Manager

Susan Holland, CPM has over 25 years of real estate management experience. Susan is a Certified Property Manager (2006) and a Licensed Texas Broker with an educational background in business. Susan has been the property manager of University Park Village in Fort Worth, Texas for the past 12 years. Her extensive experience in retail management has allowed Susan to average an over 90% tenant retention rate. She is currently working closely with the merchants at University Park Village on sustainability initiatives for 2009 and beyond.

Susan is the 2009 President Elect for the Fort Worth Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is a member of both the Fort Worth Board of Realtors and Commercial Real Estate for Women. In their spare time, Susan and her daughters enjoy raising and training quarter horses.
