Kelly Sand

Property Manager

Kelly Sand joined UCR Asset Services in mid 2008, bringing with her more than ten years of operations and management experience. Prior to joining the management team, Kelly worked as a property manager for a major national retailer and in multi-family. She enjoys developing strong relationships with the merchants as well as the vendors at her properties.

A native of Dallas, Kelly received her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas and recently completed her Masters of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University.

In her spare time Kelly volunteers with the Make-A-Wish Foundation granting the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions (northtexaswish.org).
