John Denais
Property Accountant
John Denais joined the UCR Asset Services accounting department as a property accountant in October 2002. He is responsible for a number of properties and handles the accounting for the most complicated of the property ownerships. Before joining UCR Asset Services, he held similar positions with Insignia/ESG, Inc, CB Richard Ellis and Fults Realty Corp., all in the Dallas area.
A native of Louisiana, John was his High School Valedictorian and received a Distinguished Freshman Scholarship to the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1988.
