Glenda Foster
Director of Asset Management
Glenda Foster is an asset manager currently responsible for the asset management of several client owned properties across the country. Glenda has over twenty years experience in financial analysis, development, asset management and project finance, including sixteen years with The Prudential Realty Group. She has worked on equity opportunity fund management at Crow Holdings and the development and financing of senior housing projects with South Bay Partners. Glenda joined the UCR Asset Services team in 2001. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Southern Methodist University and is a former Certified Public Accountant.
