Pamela Chiakas

Midwest Area Manager

Pamela Chiakas, SCSM is a Chicago native where she attended Roosevelt University. She holds Illinois State Brokers and Appraiser Licenses and achieved the senior status in 2006 for the International Council of Shopping Centers designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager. Pam is now pursuing her Certified Marketing Director certification. Pam joined UCR Asset Services in 1997, handling both the management and marketing for community shopping centers in the Midwest and Northeastern United States, and the management of an office/industrial building in Chicago.

Before joining UCR Asset Services, Pam worked for some of the largest real estate companies in Chicago including Draper and Kramer and Richard Stein & Company and owned a Retail Market Research Company serving clients including McDonalds Corporation and T.J. Maxx, as well as developers and real estate brokerage companies.
