Lori Weisenborn

Lori Weisenborn, CPA brings 18 years of real estate accounting and financial management experience to the clients of UCR Asset Services. Lori is responsible for providing financial and operational management services for all of UCR Asset Services' clients. She also oversees the Company’s financial operations including oversight of risk management and working capital portfolios, as well as the Company’s human resource department. Her previous experience includes the financial management of properties comprising a $1.5 billion real estate portfolio while employed by The Prudential Realty Group. After leaving Prudential, Lori was the Chief Financial Officer of Terranomics Retail Services, based in San Francisco, and has been with UCR Asset Services since its inception in 1996.

Lori received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Baylor University, is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, is a CCIM candidate and is very active with CREW Dallas.
