Scott Weaver

As CEO, Scott Weaver is responsible for the Asset Management Department as well as leading the team of UCR Asset Services. With over 27 years of asset management, development, transactions, and mortgage lending experience, Mr. Weaver has developed strong analytical and technical real estate skills in a broad array of property types, ownership structures, and complex real estate situations. He has developed strong relationships with representatives in the retailer, brokerage, and institutional real estate communities.

Prior to UCR Asset Services, Scott worked in various functions and locations for The Prudential Realty Group for fifteen years where he was responsible for the asset management of Prudential’s separate account retail property portfolio. After leaving Prudential, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Terranomics Retail Services, the San Francisco based Chain Links retail affiliate.

Scott is actively involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Austin College in Sherman, Texas and earned his Master of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
