Rand Horowitz of UCR Urban has leased large scale mixed-use projects since his first day with the company where he started his career. He has seen the evolution of ground-up to re-merchandising and stabilizing the assets he leases. He takes ownership in the project he leases and sees everything he starts to the end. With is broad exposure to projects across the country, personal relationships with national and regional tenants and passion for the business, his contributions can be invaluable.

Rand has handled the pre-leasing for Regency Centers' Shops at Highland Village anchored by AMC and Barnes & Noble. He currently handles leasing for Southlake Town Square and the Shops at Legacy for Inland Western and Park Lane for Harvest Partners.

Rand's tenant representation clients range from national tenants such as Borders Books and Music, Bag 'N Baggage, Red Mango and Aveda Lifestyle Stores to emerging entrepreneurs such as Boardroom Salon for Men, Kidville and Village Burger Bar.

Prior to joining UCR in 2003, Rand assisted in acquisition due diligence and underwriting of mixed-use retail/office projects for Oxford Capital Partners.

Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Rand holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Westminster College.
