Rebecca Smolik

Executive Assistant

With a background in human resources and administration for real estate companies, Rebecca Smolik, executive assistant to United Commercial Realty's CEO, Mickey Ashmore, manages and coordinates all aspects of the CEO's schedule and correspondence as well as assists in managing and planning all of UCR's corporate functions with precise attention to details and budgets. Rebecca also provides support to the UCR Urban team in researching and handling day-to-day duties for lifestyle center leasing projects.

Prior to joining UCR in 2003, Rebecca served as the executive assistant, office manager and director of human resources for TIG Real Estate Services. She holds a Texas Real Estate License and has an extensive background in human relations, along with commercial real estate administrative experience. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, she received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from Indiana University. Away from the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling and reading.
