Associate

With a background as a real estate manager, Ashley Allen, brings a strong knowledge of retailers’ real estate needs to UCR Urban. As an associate for UCR Urban, Ashley will use this knowledge to create successful advisory and consulting services for Watters Creek (Allen, TX), Shops of Highland Park (Highland Park, TX), Rosewood Court (Dallas, TX), Preston Oaks (Dallas, TX), Cityville at Cityplace (Dallas, TX), Lower Oak Lawn (Dallas, TX), and Jefferson Pointe (Fort Wayne, IN).

Prior to joining UCR Urban in 2007, Ashley was the real estate manager for Fed Ex Kinko’s at CBRE. She was responsible for site selection, managing transactions and preparing committee packages for Virginia, Washington DC and West Virginia. Additionally, she worked as an associate in office real estate for Trammell Crow and as a market analyst for The Holt Companies.

A native of Dallas, Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas.
