All of these traits stand out when you first meet Lawrence Attaway, partner of UCR Urban and executive vice president and partner of the Dallas office of United Commercial Realty. Lawrence makes successful, straight-forward decisions for his clients by approaching each of his tenants and properties with an eye on creative marketing.

With over 26 years in real estate, Lawrence has directed and/or participated in the leasing of upscale projects such as the Galleria Dallas, Knox Street retail, Highland Park village, Plaza at University Park, Inwood Village and Pavilion Saks 5th Avenue in Houston, Texas. He has worked with many well-known clients including Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, Corner Bakery, Starbucks and Tweeter Home Entertainment. Lawrence was named a "Big Hitter" for Dallas/Fort Worth real estate in 1996 and 1997, and UCR honored him as the "Top Producer" in 2001 and 2002.

Lawrence received a Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. Prior to joining UCR in 1991, he served as a partner in many real estate developments in the southwest as vice president with Kenneth Hughes Interest in Dallas. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and, away from the office, enjoys jogging, fishing, traveling and gardening.
