David Shelton’s in-depth market knowledge and relationship-building skills have resulted in a track record of success throughout Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado and Arizona.

David's tenant representation clients include many familiar brands: Kirkland's Home, The Children's Place, Disney Stores, Primrose Schools, Rockfish Seafood Grill, the Fransmart concepts and Raving Brands. His property representation experience includes The Shops at Legacy (Plano), The Village at Colleyville and Lincoln Corners.

David began his career with UCR, then joined City Commercial Realty as vice president. He rejoined UCR Urban in 2006 as a vice president.

David graduated from Arkansas’ Lyon College with a Bachelor of Arts in English.
